We offer shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Orders received on a weekend or U.S. holiday will be shipped the next business day.

Orders are shipped with UPS. In some cases, USPS will be used for the final leg of delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number to track the status of your shipment.
If the package is refused or if the delivery address is incorrect, we will initiate a refund minus shipping & handling fees, once the product has been received back in our fulfillment center.
If order tracking from the carrier shows that the package has been successfully delivered, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. It is the buyer's responsibility to investigate the issue with the carrier.
To obtain a full refund for your order, we must receive all bottles (unopened, empty, or partially full) back at our fulfillment center within sixty (60) days of the original order. Inside the package, please include a handwritten or printed note with the following information clearly written:
1) Order # (found on your receipt)
2) Full Name
3) Mailing Address (where the shipment was received)
4) Email Address
5) Phone Number
6) Original Packing Slip (if available)
Failure to meet the requirements above will result in our inability to refund you. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Initial order shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Please use a shipping service that provides tracking information, and kindly send the tracking number to support@gettheyavue.com so we can properly track your return package.
Your refund will be processed once our fulfillment center has received and reviewed the contents of the package.
Your refund will be credited back to the original card or bank account used for payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to clear, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
Shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable. Refunds for international orders can be processed in the same manner as outlined above. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If any customs charges, import duty or additional fees are incurred from the carrier or due to local laws, they are the responsibility of the customer.
